Refund, Shipping and Return Policy

At Bharat Safety Tag, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Shipping Policy

The order will be delivered within 2 – 10 working days.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 2-10 Days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Eligible Items

Custom or personalized QR tags are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. Items showing signs of misuse or tampering are ineligible for returns.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-10 business days. If the item is returned due to reasons other than a defect or error, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for the same product type if available. Contact us at bharatsafetytag@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

6. Return Instructions

Email bharatsafetytag@gmail.com with your order details and return request. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2 days.
